Bright Solar wins a Gold Star at the prestigious India Rooftop Solar Congress Awards 2019 for
Rural Electrification Project of the Year and Rising Star Award for Rooftop
Solar EPC Company of the Year for Residential Projects.
Ahmedabad, 23rd January, 2019: Bright Solar Limited is proud to have been named
Rural Electrification Project of the Year and Rooftop Solar EPC Company of the Year in the
prestigious India Rooftop Solar Congress Awards 2019, with the judges praising LEO’s commitment to
catering India’s rural sector with complete electrification of projects and achieving greater
results in Solar Rooftop for Residential Projects.
The prestigious ceremony was held at Hotel Holiday Inn, Aerocity, New Delhi.
Silicon India magazine has named Bright Solar Limited one of "10 Most Promising
Solar Energy Consultants" for the year 2018.

Bright Solar Limited is extremely proud to announce that it has been certified and approved by the
Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) as an Empaneled Vendor of Solar
Rooftop Systems for the year 2018-19.
We have been empaneled under the Rate Contract for Design, Supply, Installation, and
Commissioning of Grid-tied Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic Systems in residential,
institutional, and social sectors, aggregating to 125 megawatts (MW).
The empanelment also includes a five-year comprehensive maintenance contract in the
state of Gujarat starting from 2018-19.
Ahmedabad, Oct 3, 2018 – In accordance with the resolution passed by shareholders
at the 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM), Bright Solar Limited has declared dividend at the rate of
Rs. 0.10 paisa per share (1% of face value) out of the current profits of the year 2017-18 to those
Equity shareholders whose names stand in the register of members as on 14th Day of September, 2018.
The Directors and the Company Secretary will deposit the dividend amount within 5 days from the date
of declaration to a Dividend account opened with ICICI Bank, Ahmedabad for that purpose and shall
comply with any other legal requirement in this regard including taking all necessary steps to
ensure remittance of the dividend amount to the shareholders after complying with applicable
Dividend Distribution Tax provisions, if any.

બ્રાઇટ સોલરનો શેર રૂ. 36.60ના સ્તરે ખુલીને રૂ. 38.40ના સ્તરે સ્પર્શીને રૂ. 36.95ના સ્તરે બંધ આવ્યો
હતો. ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે કંપનીનો આઇપીઓ 1.76 ગણો ભરાયો હતો તથા 54,00,000 શેરની સામે 94,10,000 એપ્લીકેશન
મળી હતી.

Incorporated in 2010, Gujarat-based Bright Solar Limited is a company engaged in assembling of DC/AC
Solar Pumps and Solar Pump Systems under the registered brand names "PUMPMAN", "BRIGHT SOLAR", and
"BRIGHT SOLAR WATER PUMP".
The company is also engaged in EPC contracts of Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumps, which include
supplying, installing, and commissioning of the pump systems along with comprehensive maintenance
contracts for a specific period of 1–5 years.
In the solar pump system segment, Bright Solar offers a wide range of products including DC Solar
Pumps, Solar Pump Inverters, and AC Solar Pumps.
In the financial year 2017–18, the company also started offering consultancy services for acquiring
projects and tender bidding, after identifying competent clients on a tender-to-tender basis.
