Mr. Piyushkumar Thumar is one of the youngest Global Solar Leaders. He is amongst India’s leading environmentalist and technocrat known for his social and environmental concerns.

He is an alumnus of Dr. J.N. Mehta Government Polytechnic of Amreli, Gujarat. From his deep knowledge in Electricals, he got hands-on experience in implementing solar energy projects. Since then, he has been advising renowned National and Multinational Companies and mentoring start-ups in the solar sector.

He has worked extensively for wide spreading solar penetration and sustainable growth, not only with the Government but also with the Corporate sector. Today, he continues to work in the policy advocacy and supporting environmental activities in India and around in the world.

FCS Shivangi Bipinchandra Gajjar is a qualified Company Secretary (Fellow Member – F10671) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has completed Master of Business Administration in Finance in June 2014 and Bachelor of Business Administration in June, 2012 from K. S. School of Business Administration, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Bachelor of Laws from D.T. Law College, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Since, July, 2017, she is enrolled as a Research Scholar (Ph.D, B. K. School of Management, Gujarat University) and is pursuing research on the subject of Corportate Social Responsibility. Currently, she is associated with Sabarmati River Front Development Corporation Limited as Whole-time Company Secretary since 2018, Kenrik Industries Limited as an Independent Director since 2018 and recently associated with Franklin Industries Limited as an Independent Director since January, 2021. She is proficient in the field of Compliance and has an experience of more than 6 years in this field.

Mrs. Jagrutiben Rameshbhai Joshi holds a Bachelor Degree in Arts and serves as Non-Executive Director in the company. She is been part of numerous Social Activities working towards the elevation of Working Women in society and Child Rights for education, nutrition, and opportunities.

She is an active member of SEWA (Self Employed Women Association), a trade union for self-employed women, where she works for the rights of low-income, independently-employed female workers.

Over the years, she has continually worked on developing global corporate governance reform tools to help implement best practices. At Bright Solar, she looks after the Anti Harassment and CSR Committee.

Mr.VirenRajeshkumarMakwana, is a qualified Company Secretary (Associate Member) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, He has completed Master of Law in Intellectual Property Rights in May 2013 from University School of Law, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Since, September, 2019 he is enrolled as a Research Scholar (Ph.D, Department of Law, Gujarat University)and is perusing research on the subject of Real Estate Regulations. Currently, He is associated with The Sandesh Limited as a Deputy Manager in the Legal and Secretarial Department. He is proficient in the field of Law, Accounts and Compliance and has an experience of more than 9 years in this field.
